Hours of Operation:
Bamboo Bliss Business Hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST. Those business hours are the only hours in place to package and ship orders as well as reply to customer service emails.
Turnaround Time:
- Pre-Order turnaround time: This varies depending on the pre-order. All estimated shipping months are in the product title when ordering for your reference and planning. Please size accordingly as all sales are final including pre-orders.
- Pre-Sale RTS turnaround time: Will say on the item when ordering. For specifics please email customerservice@bambooblissco.com
- Ready to Ship Items: If the product you're ordering doesn't have a ship month listed in the title OR have Pre-Sale in the title, then this is a ready to ship item. Due to the amount of orders processed daily by the warehouse team, processing time can be up to 15 business days and during high volume times we may extend up to 30 days which will be noted in our terms at checkout.
All three order types mentioned above (Pre-Sale RTS, Pre-Orders. Ready to Ship) must be ordered separately. If they are combined you will receive a refund for the order type with the least quantity of items, at that point you are welcome to resubmit your order.
Shipping Fees:
- Free Shipping: All orders over $100 with a shipping destination within the USA will qualify for free shipping. All other orders will have shipping calculated and provided at checkout.
Size Changes:
- All sales are final, no size changes can be accommodated after purchase.
Order Cancellations:
- All sales are final.
Address Changes:
- If you wish to change your shipping address after you place your order please see below graphic on how to update your shipping info. Orders that have already shipped cannot have the address changed.
- If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will need to be notified within 3 business days after delivery. Items will have to be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. You are highly encouraged to inspect your orders upon delivery to report any issues within the 3-day window. You can e-mail us at customerservice@bambooblissco.com. We will not be responsible for any defective or damaged products after 3 days of being delivered. You will have to return the items within 5 days for the return label being provided to you by Customer Service. Upon contacting us, items must meet these conditions for us to correct the issue, meaning there has to be a noticeable defect. *THIS DOES INCLUDE COSMETIC THREADS*. If we are able to send a replacement we will gladly do so. If we are unable to replace your item due to stock, you will be refunded for the specific amount to the original form of payment.
Received an incorrect item:
- If you received an incorrect item please notify us within 3 business days of delivery date for a replacement. Please note if you have opened the incorrect item (meaning cuts tags or opened the clear packaging) we will only offer a partial refund. The correct item will not be sent if you opened the incorrect item.
Package Damaged in Transit:
- Please note all packages, once scanned in by the carrier and out of our possession, are no longer our responsibility. Any issues with delays or damaged packages must be directed towards the carrier.
Tracking Says Delivered, But Did Not Receive:
- If your tracking for ANY ORDER states that it has been delivered and you did NOT receive the items, you will have to file a claim through the carrier. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGES AFTER THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE.
Mockups & Image Disclosure:
- Many items on our site may utilize our custom mockups, and not have images of the actual product. Images taken in different lighting may affect colors shown. Although we try to be as accurate as possible, please note that scale, colors and details of the garment may vary slightly and refunds will not be issued for items based on this observation.
RainBlissBoots Disclosure:
- Due to the porous nature of raw rubber and the unique printing process used on RainBlissBoots, you may notice slight imperfections or irregularities, which are normal and inherent to the material. Please be aware that all RainBlissBoots are final sale; no exchanges or returns will be provided. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your purchase!
